To Disable CloudCall's auto-opening of notes and records change the following settings:
- Click the four boxes on the top left to access the menu:

- Then Choose the settings option:

- In the settings menu, choose the CRM option:

- In the CRM menu set the following options to No:

- Go Back to settings and open the Application menu:

- In the application menu, set the incoming call option to No:
