TalentLaunch IT and CloudCall have identified an issue in the Chrome OS that causes Cloudcall Communicator to fail after the notifications area on a Chromebook or Chromebox becomes "full." When the notifications area becomes full the Communicator app fails to alert the user to new calls and makes it difficult for the end user to answer a call.
The fix for this issue is simple: uncheck the "Heads-up notifications for incoming calls" setting in CloudCall Communicator and the application will function as intended by alerting the user with a popup when new calls come in.
To uncheck heads-up notifications go to Settings>Preferences in Communicator:
The incoming call will now pop in the application.
