How to Manually Turn on Do Not Disturb On Your CloudCall Mobile App
If you only need your desk phone to ring and not your mobile phone, or vice versa, follow these instructions.
Step One: Open the Cloudcall App (CloudCall Go) on your mobile device.
Step Two: Click the CloudCall Go Icon in the top left corner of the app
Step Two: Turn on Do Not Disturb by sliding the on switch in the top right corner

Step Two: Tap the Keypad icon on the bottom left.
Step Three: Tap the settings icon (gear) in the top right corner
Step Four: Select Preferences.
Step Five: Select Do Not Disturb.
Step Six: You will not need to set up Do Not Disturb (DND) rules for when DND is active. Tap the plus icon in the top right to enable a new DND rule.
Step Seven: Now you can setup your DND rules. The rules below are for your mobile app only. Therefore, these rules will enable only your desk phone to ring and not your mobile phone/app during the day. When you are done, tap Add to add the rule you created.
