Where there are issues - you’ll see red boxes with a number and it will be clickable.

If users are having issues pay close attention to Delivery Controller, for example, Services down can cause intermittent issues:

You can click Sessions Connected to see all active sessions:

Clicking name in sessions shows delivery groups where user is connected:

Choose group to show running Applications and background Processes. You can also logoff sessions and shadow users:

Shadow will prompt end user for Remote Assistance and/or Request Control:

For remote, make sure user Allows prompts:

Beware of Reset Profile - escatate first!
