Settings
Click on the gear icon on the top right next to your name and TextUs number to view your account settings.
Updating Email Notifications
The default setting is to message you when are "offline" when there is not a live instance of the TextUs open in your browser. However, you can adjust to Always or Never.
Use this guide to update your email forwarding preferences.
Blocking
How to request a number to be blocked - If someone is harassing you or being inappropriate, you can let your organizational admin know and they can block this number from being able to text anyone at your company. This guide can be provided to your admin to block numbers.

What do headers mean
● Sent - All outbound messages
● Delivered - Messages sent by TextUs and successfully delivered to carrier
● Unconfirmed - Messages sent by TextUs but have not received confirmation of delivery (does not mean not delivered, just no response)
● Bounced - Messages sent by TextUs but not successfully delivered to carrier (if sent to landline number or if blocked)
● Responses - Inbound message within 24 hours of initial outbound message
● Received - All inbound messages
How to adjust dates
● Click on the “Last 7 Days” arrow to open a calendar and adjust the date range you want to review.
Switching from chart to table & downloading
● When you use the dropdown to switch from Chart to Table view you will then be able to export the data into a CSV file. This makes it easy to see how your texting has improved month over month.
Switching from Messages to Broadcasts
● Sent: Number of messages sent in Broadcast
● Responses: Number of contacts who responded within 24 hours of receiving the broadcast message
● Yes: Number of contacts who responded "Yes" to the broadcast
● No: Number of contacts who responded "No" to the broadcast
● Neutral: Number of contacts who responded with any message other than "Yes", "No", or "Stop"
● Opt Outs: Number of contacts who responded "Stop" to the broadcast. These contacts are automatically opted out from receiving future messages
