As of a result of recent issues with sending mass messages with the Sense extension, we have implemented a workaround until a definite fix is implemented.
With this workaround, we have disabled the force installation feature for the Vonage extension, and here is how to manually add this to your Chrome browser:

After the extension has been manually installed, you can manually enable/disable the extension when needed. To perform this action, select the extensions icon (looks like a puzzle piece) in the top right of your Chrome session:
From here, you can click upon "Manage Extension".
When attempting to send a mass message, you will have to disable/toggle off the extension. Once the message has been sent, you can re-enable the extension, and use the phone system as intended.
*FYI* This workaround will be only available per request. If mass messaging capabilities are needed, please place an incident and our support team will get this configured.
