Using the TicketManager System

TicketManager (TalentLaunch's sports and entertainment ticket request tool) is a perk of being our employee. This tool allows you to submit requests for tickets to upcoming events - concerts, games, etc. in the Northeast Ohio Region. If you are interested in joining, please contact Meredith Barnett for a user set up.

Once logged into the system - follow these simple steps to request tickets.


Step 1: Search for Available Tickets


Type in keywords or event names to find specific events, or to see a list of games and events click in the search bar (leaving it blank) and hit ENTER. You can also scroll through the main page to find upcoming events.

Step 2: Selecting an Event

Using the filter at the top of the page click on the orange CO Company Owned option. This shows you all tickets owned by the TalentLaunch Network. You can then scroll through the list of events that TL owns tickets to. When you find an event you're interested in, click on View Tickets. 

Step 3: Ordering/Requesting Tickets

If this is the event you wish to request tickets for, click the green REQUEST button. 

Step 4: Order Details

Indicate what the purpose of the request is for from the drop down menu. With some options, an additional drop down menu will appear asking about catering requests. Please note - not every event needs to be a full dinner. Please give this real thought as food is an extra expense and often goes to waste.

Step 5: Add Invitee(s)

Once the order details are complete you will be able to click on the blue button labeled Edit Quantity and Guests. The screen will look like that pictured above. Please first select the number of tickets you are requesting. Next, enter all invitee details by clicking on Add Guest. 

Step 6: Invitee Details

After clicking on Add Guest, a box will appear to enter all of your guest's information. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you provide their Flash Seats email address. If you have more than one person to add, click Add to List and then repeat the process for as many guests as you have attending. (Don't forget to add yourself as an invitee if you need a ticket and to include your email associated with your Flash Seats account!)

Step 7: Submit

Once you have added any and all guests to the list, click on the green Submit button. Your request is then sent for approval. It will be in a pending status until you receive a system generated email communicating that your request is approved or denied.


Disclaimer: The main purpose of all tickets in the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse are for client relationship building and business development. However, in the instance tickets for Concerts/Events or Monsters games are available, they may then be given to internal employees for personal use. If you would like to request tickets for personal use, indicate so on your request. Approval or denial of personal use tickets requests will typically be within 30 days of any given show to allow ample time for the ticket to be used towards a business development purpose.
