How to Access TalentLaunch University (formerly known as Litmos)

STEP ONE

Click Managed Bookmarks on your Google Bookmarks bar.

STEP TWO

Select TalentLaunch University.

STEP THREE

TalentLaunch University (TLU) will open. If you are a first time learner, you will be prompted to log in.

Click Log in with Google. Note: Your Username is your email address. Your Password is Talent123! (your password can be changed at any time in your profile account settings).

Click Request New Service to fill out a ticket on TalentLaunch Services and Support OR

email Learning@mytalentlaunch.com with a description of your log in issues.

GETTING STARTED

This is your Talent Launch University homescreen.

Here, you can view and access courses, resources, and more!

Clicking:

All - shows any course that have been assigned to you, whether it has been started, completed, or newly assigned. Courses can be self-assigned or assigned by your manager.

In Progress - shows courses not completed. You can pick up a course exactly where you left off in TalentLaunch University.

Overdue - shows courses that are past due. These courses should be prioritized.

Not Started - shows courses that have been assigned to you (whether by your manager or self-assigned) that have not yet been started.

Completed - shows courses you have completed in TalentLaunch University.

Notice that you can view your course progress on your homescreen. Course progress is indicated by the green percentage bar and shows exactly how far you have to go until the course is complete.

COURSE LIBRARY

Click Course Library on the TLU sidebar to view all of the learning resources TLU has to offer. You can Favorite courses, Share courses, Search for courses - and most importantly, Enroll yourself in courses from the Course Library.

To enroll yourself in a course, click a course title and select Start this course. Once this button is selected, the course is added to your TLU homescreen. Remember: if you cannot finish the course right away, don’t worry - you can come back to it, and start exactly where you left off!

LIVE SESSIONS

Click Live Sessions on the TLU sidebar to view all available Live Sessions. Live Sessions is a great way to find in-person training to register for. Live Sessions shows all Available Sessions that you can be registered for, all Your Registered Sessions, and all Your Past Sessions.

Click Learn More on an Available Session.

Details such as the date, location, time, topic, a description of the session, and how to log in to a session are listed. Next, click Register to enroll yourself in the session. The session will then appear on Your Registered Sessions and a reminder will be sent to your email.
