We have seen plenty reports of users not being able to access the placement/job order edit tab, all which can be solved by a cookie/cache clear. Instructions are included below, but please submit an incident if issues persist.
Clear cookies instructions:

Advanced cache clear instructions:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More
- Click More tools --> Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.
